Conveniently located just one block from the new 2nd Avenue Subway entrance this building was occupied by rent controlled and rent stabilized tenants with a below market rented retail space.

We successfully renovated the sixteen unit building by renovating the lobby, corridors and common spaces as well as 75% of the apartments.

The final product includes twelve free market rent apartments and a new retail tenant at 3x the rent of the previous tenant. In less than eight months we stabilized this asset due to the efforts of the leasing and construction team.
